The MilkPro is a one stop solution for milk collection at any society big or small. Being an instrument based on scientific principles for checking fat and density, 9 key parameters including adulteration can be detected instantly. This instrument houses all the advantages of our well proven Computerized Density Indicator vis-à-vis the functionality, ease of operation, reliability, maintenance, cost effectiveness and profit to farmers and dairy alike.

This instrument houses 3 decade old tried and tested technology of testing fat by the light refraction method, introduced by NFOSS over 30 years ago and is still in use and density by true gravimetric method, using a Lactometer and measuring cylinder. Both these technologies have been automated, modernized and fully computerized to serve the industry with a complete solution for milk collection. Just pour the 100ml, fully reusable milk sample in the flask and press the "READ" button. The instrument will use its very accurate temp sensor and intelligent control and start the test process. Advanced checks have been installed to make sure there is no interference while both tests are being conducted simultaneously, thus further shortening the time required.

A dedicated microprocessor takes 10 Sec to test the Fat% and Density and further processes the test data to generate adulteration alert, added water%, protein%, lactose%, minerals%, that are displayed on the large and robust 15 inch screen. 8 short cut keys have been provided for fast and easy collection. A provision has been provided to give producer a receipt through the on-board thermal printer or send SMS via GSM instantly.

This instrument also has the provision to take the society's other vital data like generator and bulk cooler information and sent it along with test and collection data to the main dairy server by GSM /GPRS. The MilkPro is a complete solution for Computer or Micro processor Based AMCU'S. It has enough memory to store and process collection, quality and deduction data for 10 years and can produce any kind of receipt required. Shift summary, daily collection summary, total fat and SNF summary, payment register and producer milk bills.
